Málaga, 13/03/2025 – A delegation from the ASIA research group (Advances in Intelligent Systems and Applications), responsible for the MicroChip4Age project, took part on March 13th in TRANSFIERE 2025, the foremost European professional forum dedicated to knowledge transfer, technological innovation, and public-private collaboration in research, development and innovation (R&D&I).
Held at the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga (FYCMA), the event spanned three days and brought together more than 600 companies, organizations, and public institutions, as well as representatives from over 30 countries, with the goal of fostering strategic connections between talent, research, and investment.
A key platform for the project’s visibility
During the event, part of the MicroChip4Age team presented the latest advances of this non-invasive microelectronic solution, aimed at improving the quality of life of older adults and chronic patients. Their participation offered a valuable opportunity to raise awareness about the project’s impact, create synergies with other innovation stakeholders, and explore pathways for technology transfer to the healthcare system and the industrial sector.
In addition to presenting technical progress, the team engaged in networking activities, sharing experiences with researchers, institutional leaders, emerging companies, and national and international technology centres.
