The report is being prepared in collaboration with the specialized consultancy <\/span><b>Kinrel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, following a structured three-phase methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first phase will identify the <\/span><b>applicable regulatory requirements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including the <\/span><b>General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Spain\u2019s <\/span><b>LOPDGDD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><b>Medical Device Regulation (MDR)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the upcoming <\/span><b>EU Artificial Intelligence Act<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This stage will also include a technological diagnosis to anticipate possible future classification of the system as a clinical or commercial solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second phase will address the <\/span><b>ethical analysis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, covering informed consent, minimal intrusiveness, fairness in access, societal acceptability, and human oversight in automated processes. The report will include a <\/span><b>risk matrix<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and propose <\/span><b>ethical compliance indicators<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to guide the project\u2019s responsible scaling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The final phase will establish a <\/span><b>strategic roadmap<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to support the potential transfer or commercialization of the technology, ensuring ethical and legal alignment throughout all stages.
